I was blown away by the Taiwanese Braised pork over rice at TiHu The Noodle House. Their sauce was rich and bursting with flavor, perfectly complementing the tender pork and rice texture. Small self served restaurant with rich food selections. This noodle house offered authentic choices of Szechuan and Taiwan . The yummy soup base of Taiwanese beef noodle is a combination of veggie , Taiwanese herbs and beef. Just like the name of this research : Umami❤️❤️ We also tried the al dente Szechuan style cold noodle . It was cook just right . If you are a noodle person, this is a must try . So many more verities to explore your taste buds.
